Nadlyn Simon

Service Manager

Nadlyn has over ten years NHS operational management experience, including project management, service transformation, leading teams and improving outcomes for patients.

 

Nadlyn has worked for a number of NHS Trusts ranging from the implementation of Tele-Dermatology Service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, to streamlining the skin cancer pathway and improving utilisation for the Plastic Urgent Care Centre at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

 

She has an NHS Leadership Academy MSc and is a Senior Leadership Award holder.

 

Nadlyn is committed to continuously improving quality outcomes and positive experience for patients and is looking forward to facilitating, and participating in new and innovative ways to improve treatment and care for young patients whilst working for DRIVE.
